- Exchanges and Returns
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will refund or exchange your merchandise if returned within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in new condition with all tags attached.
- We do not refund footwear that has been worn. Please insure proper fit before wearing them outside.
- You are responsible for the shipping charges for the merchandise you are returning. Also, we will charge $10.00 shipping on the replacement items you request.

Homer NY 13077- If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us, and we will not charge you the shipping for the replacement item.
- Credits
- We will issue a credit as soon as we receive your return. It may take up to 2 billing periods for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Shipping
- FREE SHIPPING on orders of $40 or more! Orders up to $40 will be charged $10.00 shipping.
- We charge the following amounts for custom shipping in the US:

2nd Business Day $30
3rd Business Day $20- We are not allowed to ship Levi's®, Carhartt, or Carolina merchandise out of the United States. New York State residents will be charged 4% sales tax.
